Finally HCG



The big diet!!!!

HCG, (Human Chorionic Gonadatropin) is an all natural hormone that provides many amazing health and wellness benefits including safe and effective weight loss.

Recently researchers have found that HCG can actually help the body burn more fat and can be used to aid in weight loss when combined with a healthy low calorie diet and a moderate exercise routine.

Here we are 6 weeks later...

I have been steady at 15 lbs down and Nick 30 lbs! He is doing awesome. We were so impressed with out fast results and how great we felt. We decided we would get out own product labelled and manufactured.....

As many were asking ... the sample day of your eating plan on the HCG diet...

Morning

Breakfast:
Herbal teas fruity or whatever you like... ( for the Mormon world)
Black tea or coffee sweetened with Stevia and a tablespoon of skim milk if you like...
(try the flavored stevias!!!! YUMMM) I have a Cinnamon herbal tea I put the vanilla cream stevia in. It's awesome...

Snack:
Apple. Orange. 1/2 Grapefruit. or 6 Strawberries.... ONe of these~!

LUNCH:

1. 100 grams of veal, beef, chicken breast, fresh white fish, lobster, crab, or shrimp. All visible fat must be carefully removed before cooking, and the meat must be weighed raw. It must be boiled or grilled without additional fat. Salmon, eel, tuna, herring, dried or pickled fish are not allowed. The chicken breast must be removed from the bird.

2. One type of vegetable only to be chosen from the following:spinach, chard, chicory, beet-greens, green salad, tomatoes, celery, fennel, onions, red radishes, cucumbers, asparagus, cabbage.

3. One breadstick (grissino) or one Melba toast.


Snack:

One fruit of your choice again.

Drink LOTS OF WATER!!! At least 3 quarts each day.
