Happy Birthday MOMMY!

Today is my Mom's birthday, I am having my family over for Dinner tonight.
Nick had to fly out to Tampa Bay this morning. It was kinda a last minute thing. He was going to rotisserie a great big pork tenderloin, but I can do it in the oven instead! I hope it is just as good.
I am so blessed to have the great mom that I have. I can't imagine any other person in my life. No one or anything could ever have her place. I am sure glad I have got to spend another year with her. I am looking forward to spending more time together next week. We are all going skiing in Park City! It will be a great time!
